J&Geerts Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate agency that sells properties in Spain, targeting a clientele predominantly from Belgium and the Netherlands. Our task was to set up a campaign utilizing video content in the form of podcast clips for paid advertising.
Effective Strategy Development
We sought to develop an effective strategy that aligns with the message J&Geerts Real Estate aims to convey. Key factors included showcasing expertise and authenticity. It was essential to combine the informative message with visually appealing content. With this in mind, we decided to create clips that mimic the format of a podcast, featuring the agency's principals as the main characters.
Content Creation
To create these clips, we developed a script based on keyword research, ensuring targeted audience reach during the distribution phase. The clips were filmed in Spain and edited in-house by our team, allowing us to ensure that the clips were strategically sound and ready for deployment.
Distribution
The distribution of these clips was entirely through paid advertising. They were not used organically. By deploying these clips via paid advertising, we were able to specifically target the audience, guide them through the funnel, and later retarget them to move towards conversion.
The campaign led to a significant increase in the visibility of J&Geerts Real Estate among Belgians and Dutch individuals interested in property in Spain. The strategically designed clips not only enhanced brand awareness but also generated targeted leads and ultimately conversions.
